The law allows the Bank to disclose information to nonaffiliated third parties as requested in writing by you, upon subpoena, or to complete a transaction initiated by you (i.e. internet banking, wire transfers, etc.)

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, the Bank will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.

Eclipse Bank does not sell or share any customer information with outside organizations who may want to offer you their own products and services. Outside organizations that perform marketing services on our behalf or help us provide services that you request may receive customer information to help facilitate those transactions. All companies that act on our behalf are contractually obligated to keep the information we provide to them confidential and to use the customer information we share only to provide the services we ask them to perform.
